The Palms, LLC. Commissioned Water Management Consultants, Inc. to develop water tight specifications for the building envelope and inspect biweekly throughout construction. Glass settings were chamber tested on-site and all windows received rigid water testing protocol and inspections.

Gulf glass settings are curtain wall design (from concrete floor to concrete above) to eliminate light gage framing commonly used.

High missile impact glass systems (Miami/Dade code rated) were installed to eliminate the need for hurricane shutters.
